Overfilled Bag Policy
All laundry must fit inside OUR bags and close securely. Overflow items will be placed in an additional bag and billed at an additional fee; we will take a picture and contact you prior to washing to determine how you would like to proceed.
Extra dirty, extra smelly, or extra furry items require extra processing and will incur additional fees as shown on our pricing page or may be returned unwashed.

Additional Fees and Policies
Pet Items, Heavy Soil and Odor
Extra dirty, extra smelly, or extra furry items require extra processing and incur additional fees, or may be returned unwashed. All laundry must fit inside OUR bags and close securely, and the Company retains sole discretion in determining bag classification.
Additional Fees
- •Excessive pet hair: $15 per bag minimum
- •Heavy soil: $15-$25 per bag
- •Strong odors (urine, mildew, smoke, bodily fluids): $20-$25 per bag
- •Pet beds and mats: $25 handling fee per affected bag
